These placemats are so simple to make, allowing the weaver to concentrate on the rhythm and mechanics of weaving without being distracted by complicated treadling or weft color changes.

Equipment needed: rigid heddle or any shaft loom; 16" weaving width; 12 dent reed; 2 shuttles

Finished size: four placemats 11.5" x 17.5" each
